 Careful packing and accountability of stuff from NSL ( ie bring 20 irons, bring 20 or more  bits, power cables and wands ) I'm not driving back at 2AM again
 Transportation of equipment to and from location
 Setup at conference
 Tear down and pack
 Setup at NSL
 Equipment
   Long power cables

At Con:

 Volunteers to help teach people
 Food/drink for volunteers
 Gophers
