Cheap: [[http://batchpcb.com|batchpcb]]: PCBs with soldermask both sides and silkscreen both sides.  Minimum trace width for 2 layer designs is 8mil with 8 mil spacing, for four layer the minimum is 6 mil.  (1 mil is 1/1000 of an inch). $10 setup fee. There are no minimums.
