Wurstküche is a German-style sausage and beer restaurant in the Little Tokyo / Arts District section of Downtown. The menu is focused on sausages, beer, and fries; the food is outstanding and the beer selection is vast. Be prepared for a long queue if you go at peak times (evenings and weekends), and be prepared to be murdered if you go alone and don't ask anyone at NSL if they want to go with you. Also, bring your hipster repellent.
